I call it Impression Management — the belief that operational complexity should stay invisible, so that only the feeling remains. It's the philosophy behind YD Event Management, the luxury event agency I founded to bring precision, trust, and creative fire to weddings and private and corporate events across Dubai, Miami, Los Angeles, and Milan.
That same philosophy shaped Memories, a digital time-capsule platform helping people and companies hold onto what matters, and YD School, an online academy where I teach the next generation of event professionals what a decade in the industry has taught me.
This work is demanding and asks a great deal of me — but I'm endlessly grateful to my family and the people closest to me for their support and belief in me. They are always there, and their love means more than words can say.
